Q.I've ordered from your site before but now it won't recognise my account log in details. How do I log in to my account?
A. Unfortunately when we turned over to the new websites (there are now two websites: one for retail customers - www.allparts.uk.com - and one for trade customers - www.allpartsuktrade.com) we were unable to retain the passwords to customer accounts. Your accounts are still on our system but you will need to reset your password to refresh them on the new websites. You will only have to do this once.
On the day we turned over to the new websites we emailed all of our customers with the password link so if you had already ordered or registered an account with us you should have received that email (it might be worth looking in your junk email if it didn't appear in your regular inbox).
If you didn't receive the email or accidentally deleted it you can email us at help@allparts.uk.com or sales@allparts.uk.com and we'll send it to you again.
Alternatively you can go to the following links (depending on whether you are a trade or retail customer) enter your email address and press submit. This will send you an email with the password reset link:
